Queer Concordia provides students up to $10,000 in the form of an interest free loan for eligible undergraduate students to use to access the Gender Affirmation Benefit insurance.

This program was created because of the lack of pay-direct coverage and extremely high financial barriers for students to access their entitled healthcare. Funds are issued as Interest Free Loans.

Queer Concordia can provide up to $5,000 for queer-centric projects associated with a registered group at Concordia University. Or up to $3,000 for undergraduate student projects.

Current full time undergraduate students enrolled in Fine Arts may apply for the bursary. Each of the 5 Bursaries are $2,000.

Artists who receive the Queer Concordia Artist Bursary are expected to participate in a vernissage in the month of April to showcase the work the bursary helped them create.
