As an organization we are always trying to improve our offerings to the community. This means collecting community data that we can use to inform our next steps or share with other organizations and governing entities to bring forth the problems we face.
These are often not always operated by Queer Concordia but are ran by partners of ours such as the Trans Patient Union.

- Queering Waste: The Commodification of Queer Identity and the Disposability of Queer People – Call for Participants
I am inviting full-time students enrolled at Queen’s University or Concordia University to take part in a research study.The purpose of this study is to see how queer individuals understand their identity as it relates to consumption. If you agree to take part, I will interview you for approximately one hour at a public location you choose OR via Zoom. The interview will be audio-recorded by phone recorder or by Zoom software (if virtual) and later transcribed. Recently, Egale officially launched recruitment for a national research study called “Against the Current: A mixed methods study of 2SLGBTQI people’s experiences of hate and violence in Canada“. We are currently seeking up to 100 2SLGBTQI people to participate in the project by taking part in an interview about their experiences. This survey specifically asks about experiences with Montreal’s GRS clinic. If you had surgery at a clinic other than the GRS, please do not fill out this survey; however, we would be happy to interview you about your experience!
